I’m Callum, and I started Body Muscle Matters because most fitness advice online is either trying to sell you something or written by people who clearly haven’t done it. I’m a self-taught lifter, not a coach with a certificate on the wall. Everything here comes from my own training, the gear I’ve actually used, and a lot of time spent reading the research so you don’t have to.

The idea is simple. Break down strength, recovery, nutrition and the kit worth buying, in plain language, with no hype. If something works, I’ll tell you why. If it’s not worth your money, I’ll tell you that too.
